REGISTRATION
On booking your child into nursery you will be asked to complete registration & collection forms, permission slips, and a Terms and Conditions contract.
Parents will also be given a nursery prospectus, a copy of nursery policies and procedures, a statement of purpose, a menu plan and an information sheet on infectious diseases.
There is a non refundable adminitration fee of £25 to be paid upon registering your child.
FEES (Effective from 1st March 2026
Nursery fees are to be paid monthly in advance on 1st of each month. The fee is calculated to take into account public holidays and will remain the same for the whole year.
There is a 5% discount for full time places, and an additional 5% discount for siblings.
There is a late payment charge for any fees received after the 1st of each month. Please see Terms & Conditions contract.
We have now gone paperless and all invoices will be sent by email.

EDUCATION GOVERNMENT FUNDING
All children in Wales are entitled to part-time Foundation Phase education in a school, or funded nursery setting in the term following their third birthday. Children living in Bridgend are entitled to 10 hours educational funding and children living in RCT are entitled to 15 hours of education funding.
CHILDCARE OFFER WALES
We provide up to 30 hours a week of free childcare for working parents of 3 and 4 year olds, for 48 weeks of the year. The current free early education provided by Foundation Phase will form part of this offer. Please ask for more details to ensure you are entitled to both offers of the government funding.
Flying Start
Flying Start is a Welsh Government funded programme targeted at children aged 0-3 years and their families, living in identified postcodes in the Bridgend area.
The programme aims to improve outcomes for children and give them a ‘Flying Start’ in readiness for when they commence school.
All children living in a Flying Start Area are entitled to a funded childcare place from the term following their second birthday up until the end of the term that they turn three and are eligible for school.
These children are entitled to a 2.5-hour session per day, 5 days a week, term time only.
